Become a Venue

Downtown Emporia is the place to be on First Friday! We appreciate our Venues and work hard to make the Art Walk a positive experience for both businesses and artists. 

If you would like your business to participate as an Emporia First Friday Venue, please read and agree to observe the following guidelines and sign up below.

Venue Guidelines

• Provide adequate space for artists and their art inside your business.
• One artist per Venue, and the artist must have signed up via the Artist Sign Up Form.
• Entry to the venue must be free and available to all ages.
• Business must be ADA compliant and accessible to all.
• Business must be located between ESU campus and the train tracks, and no more than one block off of Commercial St.
• Agree to have your business open for the entire Art Walk from 5-8 pm.
• Acknowledge and help facilitate the Art Walk Rules for Artists.

Pricing

The fee to participate in each Art Walk is $35.

Venues are filled on a first come, first served basis.
