Want to have your Food Truck at the Art Walk?

Please read the following and fill the out the form below.

Rules for Food Trucks at the Art Walk:
The Art Walk is meant to be a fun, family-friendly community event and the following rules help ensure that all have a positive experience.

  • Be licensed and meet all requirements for owning and operating a mobile food unit in Kansas. 
  • Be respectful to Art Walkers and area around your location.
  • Be set up and present for the entire Art Walk, 5-8 p.m.
  • Provide your own cash for change and/or electronic payment method.
  • Provide an adequate trash receptacle in your area.
  • Sign up for the Art Walk at least one week in advance. Space is first-come, first-served and availability is not guaranteed.
  • If cancelation is necessary, give EFF at least 24 hours notice. No call, no show is unacceptable.
  • Pay the Food Truck Participation Fee for each Art Walk you’d like to participate in.

  • Do you have a public Instagram account dedicated to your Food Truck? If so, let us know your user name to be tagged in postings.
  • Image files should be at least 1920 pixels wide and in jpg format. Max file size is 4MB per image.
