Want to be an Artists at the Art Walk?
Please read the following and fill the out the form below.
Rules for Artists:
The purpose of the Art Walk is to connect Artists with the community. These rules help ensure that all have a positive experience.
- To be listed on the Art Walk Passport you must be presenting art to the community.
- Sign up for the Art Walk at least one week in advance.
- Venues are filled first-come, first-served and availability is not guaranteed.
- Pay the Participation Fee for each Art Walk. (If this fee is the reason you don’t sign up, please contact EFF as sponsorships are available.)
- To keep the Art Walk fresh and enticing and to ensure that every Artist gets a chance to participate, the same Artist(s) may not be featured two months in a row.
- Be respectful to your venue and its staff!
- Be set up and present at your assigned venue for the entire Art Walk, 5:00 – 8:00 p.m.
- Greet and sign passports for Art Walkers.
- Provide your own cash for change and/or electronic payment method.
- If cancelation is necessary, give EFF at least 24 hours notice.
Tips for Artists:
- Engage with Art Walkers as much as possible – smiles get sales!
- Art Walkers love when you demonstrate and/or talk about your process.
- Have business cards and/or social media QR codes available so customers can find you after the Art Walk.

Sales Tax:
Artists are required to collect and pay sales tax on all sales. A certificate specific to each event will be provided to artists prior to the Art Walk for display. For more information on how to pay sales tax, visit our Sales Tax Info page.
